The goal of the Conference is to bring together leading academicians, scientists, industry, researchers and practitioners from all over the world to exchange new ideas and the latest results of Machine learning in the field of natural language processing and languages engineering. This field has undergone considerable development, and its interactions with the NLP are becoming increasingly narrow and frequent. For their part, machine learning specialists see the NLP a privileged field of application, potential provider of difficult problems and large amounts of data. The search of texts was thus at the origin important conceptual innovations in recent years. But caution is often question able as to the interpretability of the results obtained. The methods employed are increasingly based on sophisticated mathematics, apparently reserved for specialists.

       We invite you to submit your papers on recent, unpublished research that addresses theoretical aspects, algorithms, and architectures of Natural Language Processing systems.
